At Canmore Collegiate High School (CCHS), our Indigenous Success Teachers, Brendon Stewart and Bilal Abdulghani, are dedicated to helping First Nations, Métis, and Inuit students thrive. They work directly with students, teachers, and families to build meaningful graduation plans, support academic progress, and create clear pathways toward post-secondary opportunities.
Brendon and Bilal are available for one-on-one or small group support outside of class time and serve as a central point of connection for families. Whether navigating course requirements, preparing post-secondary applications, or simply needing a trusted advocate, students can rely on their guidance and care.
Our goal is to ensure Indigenous students feel supported, seen, and empowered in their educational journey. By building strong relationships and personalized plans, we help students take confident steps toward their futures.
