Canmore Collegiate's Library is rapidly transforming into a Learning Commons. The Learning Commons is an interdisciplinary hub, offering a collection of over 11,000 fiction and non-fiction titles, an extensive reference section, and access to various digital resources. The library also features a mini-business center with internet access and complimentary printing services for students and staff.
Students can borrow a variety of materials, including textbooks, library books, DVDs, graphing calculators, and international language dictionaries. Students are responsible for all borrowed items on their accounts, and any loss or damage may incur charges. Borrowing periods include:
- Textbooks and Class Novels: Due at the end of the semester
- Fiction/Non-Fiction Books and Dictionaries: 1-month borrowing period
- DVDs and Graphing Calculators: 1-week borrowing period
Please note that certain resources are reserved exclusively for staff use. The library is here to support all students’ academic needs and foster a love of learning across disciplines.
