Hello CCHS families,
Congratulations to our Golf Team, who did very well at zones! Our girls’ team brought home silver, and the boys’ golf team brought home bronze. Good luck to Gabby Sandler and Bekket Roste, who are off to the golf provincials next week!
Our Truth and Reconciliation Assembly is Wednesday, September 24th @
11 a.m. CCHS Gym
Families are welcome to join us!
We invite any of our Indigenous students who would like to dance at our assembly to connect with Mr. Stewart. All are welcome to our Truth and Reconciliation Assembly, as this is a public event. Staff and students have been discussing Orange Shirt Day and the importance of recognizing National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in their SWAG groups. A reminder that there is a School Closure on September 30 to honour National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Parent and Students MANDATORY Salts meeting @6pm Sept 23rd
Families with a student who has a place on October’s SALTS trip we look forward to seeing you on Sept 23rd at 6pm to finalize this trip. It is mandatory for a parent/guardian to attend this meeting and the student must attend too. This is required by the CRPS field trip policy for any overnight trip.

Awards Night “Save the Date” November 12th 2025 7pm
In the next couple of weeks an email will be sent out listing students can apply for or be nominated for. Please review it carefully and if your child is eligible for any awards please have them fill out the Google Form that was in the email. Please join us for our Awards Night November 12th at 7pm in the CCHS Theatre.

Grad Plans are due for Grade 12’s Friday September 26th 3:25pm
All grade 12’s were required to submit their grad plan to the folder in the main office by the end of the school day on Friday September 26th.
